General Terms and Conditions
These conditions of sale are concluded between, on the one hand, the company LFBC whose head office is located at 3 Avenue du Maréchal Galliéni – 06400 CANNES. The company is registered with the RCS CANNES: 980 859 003, hereinafter referred to as “LE FRENCH BUS” and managing the site www.lefrenchbus.com and, on the other hand, any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website: www.lefrenchbus.com hereinafter referred to as “the customer”.
1. OBJECT :
These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between LE FRENCH BUS and the customer and the conditions applicable to any vehicle rental made through the website www.lefrenchbus.com. The acquisition of a product through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the customer of these conditions of sale which he acknowledges having read beforehand when ordering. Before any transaction, the customer declares on the one hand that the rental of a vehicle with or without a driver on the site www.lefrenchbus.com is limited to strictly personal use and on the other hand to have full legal capacity, allowing him to commit to these general conditions of sale.
The LFBC company retains the possibility of modifying these conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or in order to improve the use of its site. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.
2. SERVICES:
The services offered are those which appear on the website www.lefrenchbus.com of the company LE FRENCH BUS within the limit of available places. The company LE FRENCH BUS reserves the right to modify the range of services at any time. Each service is presented on the website in the form of a description including its main information: description of the tour, date, place of departure and number of places.
A minimum of 3 people required for departure.
For regular tours:

Departure from the meeting point indicated on the tour description page (unless otherwise provided depending on roadworks or events).

We reserve the right to modify all or part of the itinerary if necessary, depending on the availability of winegrowers/perfume houses/restaurateurs.
For tours including lunch, picnic or dinner, we use service providers who strictly respect health instructions. In the event of a food intolerance, it is your responsibility to inform us when booking.
Participants must be at least 18 years old to consume alcohol in the areas.
And we remind you that alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. To consume with moderation.
3. PRICES:
The prices appearing on the product sheets of the internet store are prices in Euros (€) all taxes included (TTC) taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. The LFBC company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the store on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the customer.
3. Cancellation conditions:
If you are ultimately unable to attend the tour you have booked and paid for, please contact us as soon as possible.
In the event of cancellation and/or modification of the initial reservation, the following costs will be deducted from the refund:
For small group tours:

Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the tour date.

If the tour is canceled less than 48 hours before, the total amount of the tour is due.
For private tours and all-inclusive stays:

Cancellation is free up to 15 days before the tour date.

The 30% deposit will not be refunded if cancellation takes place less than 15 days before the tour.

If the tour is canceled less than 48 hours before, the total amount of the tour is due.
No refund will be made if participants do not show up for the departure of the booked tour.
For any other cancellation following an event beyond your control, each refund request will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
4. ORDER AND PAYMENT TERMS:
The LFBC company offers its customers the opportunity to order and pay for its services via the platform which is integrated into its site.
The customer selects the services he wishes to order in the “basket”, modifies if necessary (quantity, references, etc.) and checks his information.
The next step asks them to check all the information, read and accept these general conditions of sale by checking the corresponding box, then invites them to validate their order by clicking on the “Confirm my order” button.
Finally, the customer is redirected to the secure interface which uses STRIPE in order to securely enter their personal credit card references. If payment is accepted, the order is recorded and the contract is definitively formed.
In the event of fraudulent use of the card, the customer may demand the cancellation of the card payment, the amounts paid will then be recredited or returned.
The liability of the bank card holder is not incurred if the disputed payment has been proven to have been made fraudulently, remotely, without physical use of his card.
To obtain reimbursement of the fraudulent debit and any bank charges that the transaction may have generated, the card holder must contest, in writing, the debit with their bank, within 70 days following the transaction, or even 120 days. if the contract binding him to it so provides.
The amounts withdrawn are reimbursed by the bank within a maximum period of one month after receipt of the written dispute filed by the holder.
No costs for returning the sums may be charged to the holder.
Confirmation of an order entails acceptance of these conditions of sale, confirmation of having perfect knowledge of them and the waiver of taking advantage of one's own conditions of purchase.
All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction.
If the customer has an e-mail address and if he has entered it on his order form, the company LFBC will send him by e-mail confirmation of the registration of his order.

5. COMPLAINTS:
All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be sent by email to the following address: contact@lefrenchbus.com; or by post to the following address: LFBC – 3 Avenue du Maréchal Galliéni – 06400 CANNES.
6. RESPONSIBILITY:
The company LFBC in the distance selling process is only bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, viruses, interruption of service, or other unintentional problems.
The LFBC company does everything possible to guarantee its customers a quality and safe experience. Despite these precautions, LFBC cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for costs linked to delays due to circumstances beyond its control, such as unfavorable weather conditions or traffic slowdowns. In addition, LFBC is not responsible for the theft or loss of personal belongings inside or outside the vehicle during the tour.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
All elements of the site www.lefrenchbus.com are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the company LFBC. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether in the form of a photo, logo, visual or text.
8. PERSONAL DATA:
The LFBC company undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the information provided by the customer, which he may be required to transmit for the use of certain services. Any information concerning him is subject to the provisions of law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978. As such, the Internet user has the right to access, modify and delete information concerning him. 9. DISPUTE SETTLEMENT:
These distance selling conditions are subject to French law. For all disputes or disputes, the competent court will be that of the Cannes Commercial Court.
